The interiors showcase a vintage touch that's aesthetically pleasing. the large bathrooms and effective shower pressure add a luxuriously comfortable feel to the stay.
The bed height unsuitable for elderly guests caused room reassignment issues. The furniture shows clear signs of age, with musty odors, and the thin, moldy blankets contributed to discomfort during sleep. Breakfast options become monotonous over consecutive days, with some room service orders having hygiene issues, highlighted by a hair found on the ordered biriyani. some air conditioning units malfunctioned, detracting significantly from overall room comfort.

Delicious food and a warm atmosphere
I enjoyed a relaxing stay for 4 nights, and I must say the food was exceptionally good, especially the buffet that offered a wide variety of both veg and non-veg dishes. The ambience created a welcoming vibe, and the service was solid throughout my visit. the rooms could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience.

I enjoyed the spacious, clean room equipped with a nice fridge and effective shower pressure. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of tasty options for everyone. I particularly loved the hot dosas and omelettes served fresh at the buffet. I encountered issues with cockroaches in my room and in the dining area. The air conditioning wasn't always reliable, shutting off when I left the room, so it took some time to cool down in the humid weather. The staff remained helpful throughout my stay, especially Ms. Sumitra at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby shopping areas, which was a big plus.

The spacious room was a treat, complete with hot water and a nice fridge for late-night snacks. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the small gym to unwind after a day out. Just wish the air conditioning was a bit more consistent while cooling down the room. 😊

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and loved the central location, which made it easy to visit Marina Beach and Elliot's Beach for some fun in the sun.
The wifi was only stable for most of our stay, and we had to call the reception multiple times on the last day due to disconnection.
